These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Client”, or “Customer”) and Dikaiosune (“we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of our website and services within the Republic of India.

This electronic record is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder. By accessing our website, submitting service requests, or availing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website and services immediately.

  1. NATURE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES

Dikaiosune provides services relating to animal husbandry, livestock management, agricultural consultation, farm advisory, and related farming support services. All services are subject to availability, geographic feasibility, regulatory permissions (where applicable), and operational capacity.

Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary prescription, legal advice, or guaranteed financial or agricultural outcomes. Dikaiosune reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND USER OBLIGATIONS

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You agree that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, local animal husbandry regulations, agricultural laws, environmental laws, and municipal requirements.

You shall not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities. Dikaiosune shall not be responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or misleading information provided by you.

  1. PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

All service fees will be communicated before confirmation of booking. Pricing may vary depending on service scope, location, urgency, and operational requirements.

Payments must be made as agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), shall be charged in accordance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and related laws. If payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, such transactions shall also be subject to the respective provider’s terms and conditions. Dikaiosune shall not be liable for payment gateway errors, banking delays, or technical issues beyond its control.

  1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Clients may cancel scheduled services by providing at least 24 hours’ prior notice. Late cancellations may attract reasonable service charges.

Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed only after review and subject to the nature of the service and expenses already incurred. No refunds shall be provided for services that have already been completed, except where required under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

  1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not use Dikaiosune services for illegal livestock trading, handling of prohibited animal products, violation of animal welfare laws, fraudulent transactions, or any activity prohibited under Indian law.

Dikaiosune reserves the right to refuse or terminate services immediately if such activities are suspected.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Agriculture and livestock operations involve biological, environmental, and market risks beyond human control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dikaiosune shall not be liable for pre-existing animal diseases, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, environmental factors, government restrictions, or indirect or consequential losses.

The total liability of Dikaiosune for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, branding, and materials, is the property of Dikaiosune and protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  1. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian data protection rules. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

  1. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Dikaiosune reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if these Terms are violated, false information is provided, payments are not made, or unlawful conduct is suspected.

Termination shall not relieve you of any outstanding financial or legal obligations incurred prior to termination.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Dikaiosune shall not be responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or technical failures. Such events shall not constitute breach of contract.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lucknow, India.

  1. AMENDMENTS

Dikaiosune reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Continued use of the website or services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
